The issue you are having is not related to the Alicante Theme. I cannot seem to reproduce it. If you want you can try and submit a ticket with your admin credentials so we can check your nopCommerce configuration for any mistakes and help you.

Yes, you are correct. The Best Sellers data source will sort the products by price rather than quantity.
However, I do see your point about the data source. We are thinking of implementing a new data source that will sort the Best Sellers by quantity sold in the near future.

There is already ${manufacturers-part-number} in the Available Product Tokens.

Thanks for reporting the missing select all in the Manufacturers Mappings. We will implement the "Select All" checkbox in the Manufacturers Mappings Popup and I will write in this topic once we are done.

You can disable this functionality in nopCommerce. In order to do that you will need to go to Administration -> Configuration -> Settings -> Catalog Settings and uncheck the Include products from subcategories setting.

I couldn`t reproduce your problem.
Can you please make sure that all of our plugins (except the Core Plugin) are uninstalled. I suggest you use the search in Administration -> Configuration -> Plugins -> Local Plugins because otherwise, it is easy to miss something. Try searching by Group : 7Spikes.

Also, can you check your System Log for any errors?

There is indeed a problem with our plugin that we will investigate and fix. Until then you can manually fix your problem. Just go to Administration -> Configuration -> Settings -> All Settings(advanced) and search for ordersettings.onepagecheckoutenabled. There should be 2 of these settings. If you want your one page checkout to be enabled just set them both to true by editing them and setting their value to true or if you want the one page checkout to be disabled set them to false.

I will write a post here when the problem with the Real One Page Checkout Plugin is fixed so you can download the new version of the plugin.
