The One Page Checkout plugin is changing the "Use one page checkout" setting of the Order settings but only if the plugin is enabled. When you have uninstalled and deleted the plugin it is not possible to change anything.

If you have multistore please make sure the "Use one page checkout" is set to false for the current store.

Please note removing this file will cause issues.
This file contains the Presets, Custom Head styles, Product images proportion and Category Images proportion.

If you don't want to load the file you will have to edit the "SevenSpikes.Nop.Plugins.Core\Views\Shared\_CustomCssResource.cshtml" file. Just remove the "    Html.AddCssFileParts(Model);" line.

The plugin doesn't have MailChimp integration.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to disable the reminder only for Cash on Delivery payment method.

Could you please describe the exact steps to reproduce the problem? If you are impersonated as a customer which shouldn't have access to the ticket it is not possible to open and answer the ticket.

It is not possible out of the box. Moving the menu on the left side will require custom modifications.
