Hi,

Thank you for reporting this but as far as we can see there is no problem with the pavilion theme demo store.
Please, try to clear your cache next time you need to access the site and you get the same errors.

Hello,

Our Demo Site is online again.

The image sizes we are using in Pavilion for the product images are square (original size 415x415).

Hope that helps!

Hello,

You will need to create a different slider for each category. After that in the Condition tab of your slider you will need to create the following condition:

Condition Type: Category
Condition Property: Name
Operator: Equal To
Value: your category name

That should display this slider only on the category you've chosen in your conditions.

Note: Your Default State setting in the Conditions tab should be set to "Fail"
Note: You should use a widget zone that is visible on the category details page (e.g. categorydetails_top)

Hope that helps!

Hello,

Yes, you can change it. This is a resource that can be changed from Administration -> Configuration -> Languages > Edit Language -> String resources. The name of the resource is sevenspikes.storelocator.public.allshops.linktitle

Hope that helps!

Hello,

You've submitted a ticket and the problem was resolved. I will write the cause of the issue in this post for any future client of ours that has a similar problem.

The error was caused by the the following code missing from the _ColumnsTwo.cshtml file:

@if (IsSectionDefined("Breadcrumb"))
{
    @RenderSection("Breadcrumb")
}

Hello Freddy,

No, unfortunately, there is no other setting to make the side category menu collapse by default.

The prefered width of the pictures of the full-width slider is 1200px. The default dimensions for the slider are 1920x640. You can use larger pictures than that but they have to be with the same proportion in order to look good.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

Thank you for sending a ticket!

It seems that the only issue you had is with the On Sale and Price Range filters not showing on the search page. That is, however, by design.

The only filters that show on the Search Page are product specifications and product attributes.

Hope that helps!

Hello,

It seems you are experiencing some error in the administration of the Quick Tabs plugin. Can you submit a ticket with admin credentials and URL to your store so we can further investigate this?

We cannot seem to understand you. Can you elaborate more? Picture example, URL to your store or steps to reproduce this issue will help a lot!
