Hello,

We've just deployed a new version of the Help Desk plugin that possibly fixes your issue.
Now, a confirmation popup will appear if you try to answer a ticket that is not assigned to you.
This applies to impersonated users.
So if Admin Marko impersonates John and tries to answer the ticket, he will get a confirmation message telling him that the ticket is not assigned to him.

You will need to update the plugin in order to fix this issue on your store.

Hello, I just downloaded 3.80 version and I reproduced again issue. Or maybe you didnt fix it in 3.80?

See screenshot below: I opened ticket as Marko, then I impersonated Jack Taylor and I was able to answer on ticket as Jack Taylor which is not good.

Hello,

This issue has been fixed in 3.80.
There might be some caching issue on your store. Your browser might have cached the old code, ss the changes of this fix are mainly in the javascript code.
Can you try clearing your browser cache?

If that doesn't help, can you submit a ticket with admin credentials to your store?

Hello,

unfortunately your fix do not work. Still I can answered on tickets when I impersonate any customer.

Hello,

The fix doesn't prevent the user from answering the ticket when he is impersonated. It prompts him to inform him that he is impersonated. The user can then decide if he still wants to answer the ticket.

If someone submit a new ticket with a selected Department, the Department field will be null in the My Ticket > Ticket information field. Also if you want to filter on tickets by Department, the system drops an error in My Tickets and in Manage Tickets.
The error shows even on your demo site: http://demos.nop-templates.com/helpdesk/managetickets

In NopCommerce log the following error message appears:
"No property or field 'TicketDepartment' exists in type 'Ticket'"

We are using the Help Desk plugin version SevenSpikes.Nop.Plugins.HelpDesk, Version=4.3.579.33586. Emporium theme installed. Our problem is: In the desktop view, there are ticket and ticket options in the left menu. But there are no ticket and ticket options in the mobile view.

Please update the HelpDesk plugin + _CurrentPageClass.cshtml file in the Shared folder of the Emporium theme. The menus should be available now in the mobile navigation.

p.s: Please note that the HelpDesk plugin is not styled specifically for the Emporium theme so it will get the default styling for DefaultClean theme.

Hi Boyko,

_CurrentPageClass.cshtml view Up-to-date.

There are no problems with the theme and plugin.
This plugin(HelpDesk) does not work with the Emporium Theme. Is this true?


Can you please help me. How can I integrate it into mobile navigation? Is there a way, can you show me? It doesn't make any sense that way.
