We do understand your situation but please note that we have had our filters stolen several times, and this was done by some of the leading nopCommerce solution partners (still solution partners). That is why we have obfuscated the plugin and even the stored procedure. Due to the problems we have had and the time we have wasted and the frustration we are experiencing with these vendors getting away with all this, we have decided never to make any exceptions to providing the code of the plugin to customers or any third parties. I know this has nothing to do with you, but I also hope you will understand our position.
In addition to this, if we provide the stored procedure we would also have to provide the code to the filters, which would make things even more complicated.
I am sorry I have to turn down your request and I hope you will understand.
Would it be possible to share a link to your filters so that we can get a better idea of your product and specificaitons setup?

This has been fixed in the latest version of the theme.
But you do not need to update your installation, just add this resource to your nopCommerce.
Its value should be Featured Categories.

The Remove Default Title is in the Nop Smart SEO and it removes the default store title from being added to all pages. For example if your default store title is My Store and your are on a Electronics category page, your title would be My Store - Electronics, if you do not have this setting set.
Regarding the default store title not appearing in your website, please make sure that if you have a multi store, the seosettings.defaulttitle is set for the correct store.
You do not need to go directly to the database to change this setting. You can do so from the administration of nopCommerce. For more information please watch this video:
