HI ,
Won't let me submit a ticket. Only the last 2 products we purchased are still listed.

It is a multi-store setup. Under Configuration/Stores each store has a Store Name with no commas.
The only place there is a comma on that page is under Host Names. Like this
host name for store 1 = www.store1.com, store1.com

Under Configuration/Settings/General and Misc Setting/All Stores/All Stores/Seo Settings. Default Title is blank.
Under each store the default Title has the store name with no commas.

Don't see any commas at the start of any of the Smart SEO templates we created so far.

Should I reply back to the email with the log/PW info since I can't create a ticket?

Thanks Chris

Hi,
Can't figure out where this is coming from in Smart SEO.
There is comma being generated in both the Title and description and the very beginning. Example for a title
Generated on live site.
<title>,Company | Product | Contact Us for the best price</title>

smart ESO product title -
${manufacturer} | ${name} | Contact Us for the best price

Same happens for category and manufacturers.

Where can I get ride of this?

Thanks Chris

Hi,

We have been using Sale Campaign with start and end dates but know what to start doing schedule patterns o help automate things a bit more.
But it seems the countdown timer does not work when using just schedule patterns.

We are using the default 0:00 to 0:00 for from/to times.

Also on a side note. Is it possible to have the plugin not use UTC time and have it use our time zone?

Thanks Chris

Hi,
Product Ribbons Version=3.6.799.17438
PR has been working fine up until yesterday. When I go tot he plugin it will juts infinitely sit there with the page loading spinning wheel. I can go to the setting page, product images page and help pages for the plugin no problem.
Only 20 or so ribbons created I think.
Have tried restarting the web site and deactivating the plugin.
Have not tried re-installing it since I'm not sure if loose all the ribbons already there or not.
The plug seems to still be functioning on the live site. It is juts on the admin side.

Have not added any ribbons in a couple weeks.
Have not updated any seven spikes plugins recently.

Any help to get this back working would be great.

Thanks Chris

Hi,

It seems the facebook shop ignores and CSS or customization to customized category and product templates. All he products on he facebook shop are grouped product based computer system configurators. Because of short coming on how NOP deals with dynamic price updates and associated product attributes we have to hide the price on the category pages for these since it doesn't display the dynamic price total

It seems like the way the facebok shop works with these grouped products will mean we cannot use iit. At least not for these products. Which of cource happen to be our amin business.
Not sure if there is something we can do on the CSS side to correct this or at least make it work better.

Thanks Chris

Hi Stephan,,

Ok great. I was not clear on part of this. It needs to be after Quick Tabs though. So that the product description shows up before the attributes.

Hi,
Is it possible to move order sections show up on a simple product template?
Some of our products (specifically a computer configuration) use bunch of drop down menus as part of a complex system configuration. I would like to move the attributes section show that it shows up below the full description/Quick tabs section. We need to have the drop down menus use 100% width. I was able to do this when using a grouped product and set the computer configuration as a associated product. I need to make that happen on aa customer simple product template but cannot figure out how to move things around on a simple product to have them show up in that order.

Thanks Chris
