Which version of nopCommerce do you use? Are you saying that after installing the Smart SEO plugin your client web site is very slow. Could you share a link to your web site or send us an email to our support mail, so that we can take a look.

When install plugin what folder I have keep:  SevenSpikes.Core from MegaMenu or Smart SEO?

Both plugins contain the same SevenSpikes.Core folder, so it doesn't really matter which one you keep as they should be the same. The rule is to use the latest ones downloaded from our web site as described here. I can see that your web site is a bit slow but looking at the mini profiler results it is definitely not the Mega Menu.  Could you please disable the Smart SEO plugin, so that we can see if it makes any difference.
