With Jcarousel turned on the following error is present:

Uncaught Error: jCarousel: No width/height set for items. This will cause an infinite loop. Aborting...

Hello there,

Thank you for the fast response.

I have only 1 error:

GET http://10.8.3.28/Phokas/Themes/Tiffany/Content/fonts/arvo-regular-webfont.woff

I quoted out the @font-face procedure in styles.css and no longer am getting this error.

The layout, however is still unpleasant..

Another good thing to know perhaps:

When pressing F12 I get the error "Uncaught TypeError: $.isMobile is not a function" on the pages that seem to malfunction..

Hello,

That is what I thought too. It seemed out of the ordinary. I have been modifying CSS files; but nothing in the product detail pages. I am sorry, the website is currently running on a local machine for testing purposes.

Here you see an example of how the website looks with JCarousel enabled:

And Jcarousel disabled:

Hope you can shed some light on what to do. I might have to try to reinstall the cloudzoom plugin perhaps?

Hello there,

We are still in testing with Tiffany theme. We have a product with up to 10 or 20 pictures (as kind of design examples).

When adding all these pictures to the Tiffany themed products, the page stretches vertically.

I tried enabling the Jcarousel slider but this seems to bug out (the tabs summary/contact us disappear and the products images stay in overflow)

Is there a way to orient the image thumbnails horizontally like it originally is in the nopcommerce standard theme?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thank you for looking into it. I saw you do it.

We have many clients who also see this, what could be a possible solution? Because we cannot adjust the browsers of our clients so it has to be an issue with the javascript right?

I would really hate to stop using these great plugins...

Hello,

Not long ago I returned from holiday to find some of the Sevenspikes plugins malfunctioning. In my knowledge there had been no big changes, if any at all.

The first problem is with the Jcarousel plugin. It no longer slides as it used to, but sometimes displays a list of products as seen here:

http://s1.postimg.org/u4ql77rhb/JCarousel.png

The second problem is on the products detail page. The old gallery, as wel as the cloud zoom gallery is being shown which results in duplicate pictures everywhere, as seen here:

You can visit the website www.brickhunters.be to witness this yourself.

Interesting fact: Ctrl + F5 solves this...temporarily. What has happened? Do I need to reinstall the sevenspikes core? Anybody had a similar issue in the past?

Hello there, this is exactly how I did it. I was able to code it to link towards the specific product pages, good stuff.

Now what I would like to achieve is the same lay-out as I'd have in my Mega Menu, because what I see now is a basic layout of Nopcommerce, not divided in columns. What is a plausible method to achieve this?

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. It is good to have that cleared out.

Now for the difficult part: I have little to no knowledge of programming in the C# language. So far I've been doing great on my own website adjusting CSS files and I got that covered.

Perhaps I would be able to figure something out in these razor files. In which file should I be doing my tests and could you please steer me in the right direction? I am a swift learner :)

Thank you

Dear Nop-Templates community,

I have been struggling the past few weeks with a problem that I need solved asap. We installed a 3.40 nopcommerce website (on a localhost machine for test and trial) with the Tiffany theme.

The client for whom the website is destined has a little amount of products to display. Little enough to make subcategories unnecessary.

Currently in our Megamenu there are Categories (good) and subcategories (needs direct link). We would love if there was a possibility to replace these subcategories with specific products (let's say about 4-5 per main category as the client only has 12 products), and would love them to be displayed in the top menu so that his customers can easily switch back and forth.

I understand that there might be an out-of-the box solution where I have to adjust some .cshtml files (Topmenu.cshtml?), but so far, everything I have tried didn't work for me.

Is there any documentation available for this sort of issue? Thanks!
