How to disable Quantity Box

when buttons show on quick view , it also shows quantity box as well . I know I have set this . but for past one day , I am looking everywhere to disable it . My quantity box are set to dropdown .
Enable / Disable does not seem to be in Quick View setting .
any help would be great.

Nop Ajax Cart setting > Ajax Cart Availability settings

uncheck Enable product Quantity Text Box On Page with Product Boxes

Correct, this is a part of the Ajax Cart plugin, not Quick View.
