Rich Blog tabs hidden

Hi,
I set the user to have permissions to "Manage Plugins" but don't see the Rich Blog tabs.
nopCommerce version 4.20

Have you checked the Admin area. Manage Nop Rich Blog plugin as enabled for the user role in question?
