Roll over zoom only works sometimes.

The roll-over zoom on a detail page only happens sometimes. What controls that?

I wanted to add more description to this.

On the detail page the image size is set for 300. I have a product JPG that is 600x600. This zooms fine when you roll the mouse over the image. I have another that is 500x500. Also a JPG. This does not zoom. All images are stored into the database.

First, let me say that your site looks really great!

For the second product the Cloud Zoom "does not work" because the original image is too small.
The Cloud Zoom will zoom on the original image size and when it is too small there is nothing to zoom. That is why when zooming you see the original size 300 x 300 px.  As you know the Cloud Zoom works better with images with high resolution, at least 450 x 450 px.

We have tried all sorts of things with image sizes and non of that seems to work.

Can you point me to a product with an image with bigger size as the previous link to the product doesn't work? I can't find any image with bigger size on your web site.
