Mobile Category Menu is Blank

Our side category menu is blank on mobile. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue or any insight as to why this is happening? The pictures are below.

this is not expected behavior. Could you please submit a ticket for this issue and include admin credentials for your store it in, so we can investigate what the problem might be.
