I guess this happens if you don't have any pictures for your product.
Could you check if this specific product has any pictures?
You can disable the Cloud Zoom plugin and see if you can open the product page.

I have similar problem at the moment. I have change how my pictures are retrieved. As I have about 100 000 book covers stored in directories according to their ISBN's. 

I would like to know how I can import you plugin into my solution for me to be able to edit it to change the method for retrieving images.

Which file should I be looking at?

How exactly and what have you changed to retrieve the pictures in some other way?



If you have changed the implementation of the IPictureService then the Cloud Zoom plugin should just work as it used the IPictureService to get the pictures of the products.
