Unable to upload the themes to development version

Hello! Team,

We are customizing Nop; so we are using Nop Source in VS 2017. When we run from Visual studio, and upload the plugin it isnt working (we also tried copying into plugin folder, it isnt working)..... whereas if we deploy on the hosted server on deployed version of Nop it is working....

Please suggest how we can make the theme run on Nop Source code.

Paste the plugins in the "~\Presentation\Nop.Web\Plugins\" folder and the theme in the "~\Presentation\Nop.Web\Themes\" folder and the plugins will work with the Source version of nopCommerce.

Also, you should check if the plugins are for the nopCommrece version you are using.
