Feature Request - show/hide category filter on category pages

this is a request to add the ability to show or hide the category filter on the category pages.  most of the other filter types you allow to be shown or hidden, but not this one.  we can modify the code to hide this, however it would be more elegant if we could simply manage it like the other filters.

The Category filter is not added by the Ajax Filters plugin. It is nopCommerce functionality and this is the reason why the plugin can't hide it.
