Ribbon for "Mark as new"?

Is there a condition for "marked as new"? I can't seem to find it.

Mark as new. Start date  
and
Mark as new. End date?

Yes, the plugin is taking into account the marked as new start date and end date.

Then our developers have done something in the code they should not have done :)

Or actually they are now telling us now that it doesnt work work on 3.8.1097.23982. and they have no clue why

I checked the code and in version 3.8 the condition is checking only the MarkAsNew property of the product.
In version 3.9 (after version 24346) and 4.0 the MarkedAsNew condition is taking into consideration Mark as New Start Date and Mark as New End Date.

We are using nopcommerce v 3.9 and end date is not working.

Is there any way to solve this issue?
