Manage Tickets: Error Happened Notification

Hi, I have installed and configured the Help Desk plugin, running on 3.70.
I've successfully created tickets, but when I go to Manage Tickets or My Tickets, I see a spinning icon and eventually get an "Error Happened" pop-up. Any ideas?

Please check the System -> Log.
It should contains the details for the error.

p.s: You can submit a ticket and provide access to your store so that we can take a look and advise.

Thank you, I actually uninstalled and re-installed the plugin and it is working now.
