Pavilion 3.8 - Product Reviews Not Working

I recently installed the new Pavilion 3.8 theme on the new nopCommerce 3.8 platform.

When submitting a product review using the review tab of any product I get a JavaScript alert error saying "failed to add review."

When I look in the Chrome Inspector I noticed the url "http://localhost/ProductTab/ProductReviewsTabAddNew/2779" has a 500 (Internal Server Error).

I also noticed when going to "My Product Reviews" on the my account page I just see some text saying "account.customerproductreviews.norecords:.

It looks like reviews are not working in 3.8.  Can you please fix this or let me know what I need to do to fix this issue.
