Can't see general settings tab

When I navigate to the plugin config screen, I only see the configuration notes section on the page and nothing else. How can I access the general settings tab.

Do you see it on our demo web site?
If you see it then there is something wrong on your machine.
If not then it should be something from your browser. What browser are you using?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I can see the tab on the demo site but unfortunately not on my own. I'm currently on nopCommerce 3.5, hosted on Azure and I have tried IE,Chrome and Firefox. Can you suggest any possible fix?

I really can't say what might be wrong without looking at your web site.
Please submit a ticket with a link to your web site and administration credentials, so that we can login and then advice.
