A work around I've put in place for was to modify the updateInventory method to remove any attributesValues and attributeCombinations which have zero stock.
This works for me because the only attibute we use is "size" for clothing.
Also in the same method, if there is no longer any product attributes and the product is set to manage inventory by attributes then the product is unpublished.
Added the zone to: AdditionalSupportedWidgetZones.xml seems to work :)
Is it possible to add more widget zones to the dropdown in the admin section? I would like to add a "Recently Viewed" JCarousel to the widget zone "order_summary_content_after" to display in the cart page
I have just noticed that the Attributes filter does not take into account whether an attribute combination is in stock or not.
This is not how I would expect the filters to behave, I would only want to see products which are in stock - otherwise it's a bit pointless.
Is there any plans to implement this?
How do I change the order in which the filters appear in the Nop Fashion Theme, I want Categories first which are currently last.
I have posted on the nopcommerce forums here for reference: http://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/t/23049/stock-attribute-combinations-available-to-order-that-do-not-exist.aspx
Swtiched to default theme in version 2.8 on my dev server and the issue is the same... Talk to nop?
Managing stock via an items attributes: colour and size. I have for example black available in small and medium and red in medium and large.
But the nop fashion theme allows me to order attribute combinations that do not exist.
Who can we prevent this?
