When you're first starting a business, there are so many key performance indicators (KPIs) you *could* track, but honestly, which ones are *actually* useful and worth the effort? I'm feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out what to focus on. Any advice on the essential KPIs to monitor in the early stages to get a good handle on financial health and growth?

It's really common to feel overwhelmed setting up a new business and understanding what to track. A lot of people end up tracking vanity metrics, which don't really indicate a business's financial health. When starting out, I'd say focus on a few really key things. You can always add more. Seeing this page about fractional cfo services can give some great ideas. It is helpful!
