Fixed Rate Shipping always shows 0.00 Euro

Hello,

I configured to use only Fixed Rate Shipping with 5.00 Euro.
I added as Shipping Methods "DHL". I don't use any Shipping method restrictions.

When I checkout at step 3 (shipping method) it is shown Euro 0.00.

What's wrong here?

Sorry, I found the problem.
Free shipping over 'X' was activated.
