I was checking out some info on RoboForex and noticed they’ve been around for quite a while and collected a bunch of awards. It made me think about how much that actually matters for traders like us. On one hand, long history and recognition definitely sound reassuring, but on the other hand, I still wonder if real client experiences matter more. Do you guys factor in awards when picking a broker?

For me, the background and awards are like an extra layer of confidence. I started with roboforex a couple of years ago mainly because they were well-known and regulated, and seeing their track record made me feel safer. But honestly, what convinced me more was the actual experience—fast withdrawals, decent spreads, and support that actually responds. Awards are nice, but how the broker treats you day-to-day is what builds real trust.

I’ve noticed that in a lot of industries, a strong history and recognition usually attract more people in the beginning, but long-term loyalty tends to come from consistent service. Even outside trading, you can see how reputation opens the door, but reliability is what keeps clients around. It’s a balance between the image created by awards and the reality of personal experience.
