Install/Uninstall

Hello All,
I had v2.4 working but then needed reconfig my test instance.  When I try to Uninstall the Nop Anywhere Sliders I get the message "Cannot drop the table 'Carousel3DSettings', because it does not exist or you do not have permission."  The Seven Spikes Core uninstalls ok.  When I go back to Install Seven Spikes Core then go to Widgets to Add to Zone my page errors out and says,  "Line 52:     @Html.Action(Model.ConfigurationActionName, Model.ConfigurationControllerName, Model.ConfigurationRouteValues)"

Does anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

Looks like the issue was my app kept detecting that the plug-in was installed because I did not remove the entry in my App_Data\InstalledPlugin.txt file.  Its working now.
