Profile: envelopes

sorry I figured this out  - select  categories in grid with pictures , check show categories in a single menu . Although mine lists groups  in one column straight down instead off across but that’s probably a issue with template adjustments I assume

Wondering  how to get menu the same as demo shows . I can either make it list sub categories  (categories in list) or categories in grid (with picture) how do you make it show up  with sub categories in lists and with a picture next to it like in demo?
