I have two Brooklyn-themed websites. On one of them, in the **Nop-Templates → section Themes → Brooklyn → Resource Settings** the parameter `shoppingcart.headerquantity` is present, but this item is missing on the second one.

The second project https://tk999official.com is running on the same version, **nopCommerce 3.8**, which makes the discrepancy even more confusing.

Can you tell me how to add this parameter and configure it correctly on the second site?
Is it related to a missing resource file, theme version difference, or database setting?
