Is it possible to use your plugins (regularly purchased) with a thema created by me?

How do I start my Plugins \ Nop.Plugin.Misc.B2B \ Extensions \ ControllerExtensions.cs
after filtering with the AjaxFilter Plugin?
in practice after I start your plugin that works on
Nop.Web \ Extensions \ ControllerExtensions.cs
should start after my Plugins \ Nop.Plugin.Misc.B2B \ Extensions \ ControllerExtensions.cs
is it possible with version 3.8?
