This is a legal document and creates an Agreement between you, the user, and DOTCOMMERCE LLC a US Based Company, owner of Nop-Templates.com. By using Nop-Templates,.com viewing content present on the website or purchasing themes, extensions, templates or any service, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound with the terms stated in this Terms Of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

Dotcommerce LLC ensures confidentiality of personal data of its customers, by declaring that they will not be used for other than its intended purposes, namely: establishing contact with the user in order to specify details about the purchase and the ways of its payment. Personal data provided by the user, is used by employees of the company to issue an invoice for the purchased template, extension or service. The e-mail of the user is used only for communication purposes.

3. Purchase Agreement
Beginning of trade relations between the user and Dotcommerce LLC is considered to be the moment of pressing the submit button after completing the required personal or company data needed in order to complete an order for a template, an extension or a service, regardless of whether the template, extension or service is free or paid.

4. Starting an Order
Performance of the contract for a template or an extension starts in getting acquainted with it by a Nop-Templats.com employee. Performance of the contract for a service or a support starts on the day specified in the contract signed by the interested parties. This separate contract is indicted by Dotcommerce LLC and sent to the user for an approval. When the interested parties agree on the terms of the contract, it is signed and considered active.

5. Change or Cancellation of Contract
Since our nopCommerce themes and extensions are non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped\downloaded. Please make sure, before buying a product, that you have read carefully the description, specifications and all other information published on the product page of the product, which you intend to buy and that you have carefully tested the demo of the product.
Please note that despite our non-refundable policy we still keep an open mind to individual cases and will carefully examine every individual claim for a refund. So, if you really believe that you have good reasons to be refunded for your purchase please send an email to our sales team and they will do their best to resolve your case.

6. System and Network Security
