Fixed a bug with tabs not showing properly in the administration of the Rich Blog Categories.

Fixed an issue causing the "next" blog post button to show the wrong blog post (not exactly the next one)

Added a specific css class name for blog category navigation panel. This is necessary to distinguish the category navigation panel from the blog archive and blog tags panels.

Show prev/next buttons in blog only if the setting is enabled
